[CSS21] Lists - Minor wording issue

Currently, the 'list-style-position' prose reads, "This property  
specifies the position of the marker box in the principal block box".  
This could be seen to be confusing, since the marker box has the  
ability to be placed outside the principle box. In my opinion, the  
verse should instead read, "This property specifies the position of  
the marker box in relation to the principal block box"
