I think it would be useful if selecting the ellipsis was equivalent to
selecting all the hidden text, so you could easily copypaste the
entire section, even if the text was otherwise inaccessible.  You can
do this kind of selection right now (including the newline after it)
by highlighting a line past a section, but this is only barely
intuitive to me, and I don't think the average user really gets it.

This is just an implementation issue, not a CSS one, but still.
