[CSS21] margin computed value

in "8.3 Margin properties", computed value for margin-* claimed as:
"the percentage as specified or the absolute length"

but in "10.3 Calculating widths and margins" every chapter refers
to computed value 'auto' for margin, e.g. 10.3.1:
"A computed value of 'auto' for 'margin-left' or 'margin-right' becomes a 
used value of '0'."

looks like bug (invented since css2 'computed' turns into css2.1
