It's already included in CSS 2.1, and http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2009Jun/0188.html points to an example showing how to use the standard feature, though, as http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2009Jun/0190.html points out, it doesn't work in IE7.
