But, with all due respect to the legal profession, I would not want to seek their advice on what we /could/ do in order to make the web a better, more inclusive, place. That is for all of us to consider, and all I have been doing is making one simple suggestion as to how we might be able to do that, within a very small and restricted universe of discourse.
