Actually, as far as I understand it, he is doing that as we speak; Perl6
will make it very easy for programs to adapt the Perl6 language as suits
their needs. And there are modules for Perl5 that do just that, have a
look at e.g. Lingua::Romana::Perligata on CPAN.
