CSS3 Paged Media doesn't specify how relative font sizes such as em's are interpreted when specified within the page context.

The answer to the question posed in http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2008Oct/0235.html (regarding interpretation of 'font-size' on the root element) should probably also apply within the page context.
