Educational messages generally don't educate.  End users generally 
immediately click the appropriate button to get rid of them, possibly 
only stopping to turn on the "don't show me this message again" check box.

They tend to be there for legal liability reasons, rather than because 
they really work.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
