Backgrounds and Borders - updating 'background-position' example

After the new background-position (#the-background-position) syntax  
for positioning offsets made it into the new WD, I would suggest that  
Example XII be amended so that it demonstrates this new syntax, as  
opposed to what it shows now (utilizing calc() for the same purpose).
