Very much opposed.  There is already a problem
in writing CSS, in that "URL (...)" is not
allowed, yet is a very common style of
punctuation (far more common, in my
experience, than "URL( ... )"; I would
far sooner that the existing restrictions
on the use of white space were relaxed
than even more stringent restrictions
added.
