Scanning through the content without reading, I noticed immediately that the
presentation of HTML4 color keywords and SVG color keywords was
inconsistent. Also, given that HSL is (thankfully) included, it seems
reasonable to include all three possible numeric values (RGB hex, RGB
decimal, HSL) in both tables.
