[css3-namespaces] (No) XML Core WG comments on CSS3 Namespaces Module

Bert, Anne, et al.,

The XML Core WG has reviewed the 15 February 2008 LC WD of 
CSS3 Namespaces Module, and we have no comments as a WG.
