The CSS WG decided as follows on Martijn Wargers's question[1] about whether an included SVG element falls under the definition of "replaced element," even though it is not "outside" the document: - In 3.1, change "CSS formatter" (an undefined term) to "CSS formatting model" and replace "The rendered content of a replaced element comes from outside the source document" with "How a replaced element's content is rendered is not defined by this specification." Martijn, please let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
