This was actually in an earlier draft (slightly different, less workable)
of the background module. It was like
url(foo)/100% auto
... that of course has some issues of how it works together with
background-position but it's kind of nice as it clearly shows it's related
to resource being loaded... (I assume background-size doesn't affect the
rest of the background for now.)
