FYI: CSS3 modules dependencies graph

Hi www-style,

As I didn't find an overview of the dependencies between CSS3 modules in
the list of drafts in development [1], I decided to come up with one,
based on what the various modules in TR explains as of today. The
(probably outdated and partially incorrect) result is at:
