This must not inevitably reflect the same mess known from UA detection with
ECMAScript (because any UA /could/ have another specific implementation to
really 'recognize itself' encountering such CSS snippets).

Nonetheless, I think nothing of it. Not only because of rules like 'User
agents must ignore a declaration with an unknown property' [1] making it
(almost) irrelevant whether its Tasman, Gecko or whatever. Thank God (or the CSS
WG).
