bugs? (the same) in netscape and opera from Sigurd Lerstad on 2003-09-12 (www-style@w3.org from September 2003)

Hello

Look at these two:

These are bugs right?

The <html> is enlarged to encompass all the children, see the bottom
scrollbar.
But the <body> (the one with the border) is not enlarged to fit all the
children (The long non-wrapping line)
