Please add markup throughout the CSS 2.1 specification to group and identify important constructs, especially in the formal grammar. Each token type definition, macro definition, and production should have an ID. It would be nice if each grammatical term were linked to its definition. Although definition lists capture the meaning, they do not provide sufficient basis for identification, as there is no element to group definienda with their respective definientia. Tables come to mind as a moderate solution. I have a revision that uses tables and assigns IDs to table rows, which represent entire definitions. Is this of interest to the Working Group? -- Etan Wexler.
