I have started an experimental project which aims at reformatting the CSS Level 1 Specification to TeX, which can then convert to many other formats such as PDF, Postscript, etc.. The project was started because I prefer dead tree copy over on screen virtual copy of the specification, but both the print function and the official PDF version of the document did not suit my taste. In my personal opinion, the reformatted specification looks much better than the official PDF version and from the print function of browsers. I have asked for reformatting permission from <site-policy@w3.org> and the project was completed and released to public some times ago. Although I think this post does not belongs to technical discussion of CSS, I think some of the list members (especially the authors of the specification) will be interested in it. I apologize if I have mailed this to the wrong place. Furthermore, I want to know if any people find this reformatted specification useful (or even better, to actually print it out), if there are enough people found it useful, I will consider to reformat other popular specifications in similar manner. Please let me know what you think, either by on-list mail (preferred) or off-list mail. The project page is http://www.5prite.com/projects/REC-CSS1/. P.S. sorry for my lousy English :)
