Following is an editorial suggestion for section 1, "About the CSS 2.1 Specification" (<http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-CSS21-20020802/about.html>), of the Cascading Style Sheets level 2.1 draft (<http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-CSS21-20020802>). 1.4.3 Shorthand properties "Some properties are shorthand properties, meaning they allow authors to specify the values of several properties with a single property." Add "that" after "meaning".
