Hi,
section 6.3 and 6.6.3:
the text refers to RFC 1766 for language tags; this RFC was obsoleted
by RFC 3066. This could be also an errata item for CSS Level 2.
The reference is resolved in CSS Level 2, I think it would be better to
include the reference in the same document.
section 6.6.3:
I may have reportet that already; it's 'xml:lang' instead of
'XML:LANG'.
