I think if you're going to rotate anything, you should allow *any* rotation,
rather than fixed intervals.

One thing, if you have an item that is say, floated left and rotated 30 degrees,
how would text flow around it? Would the left margin of text have a vertical
margin, or would the margin be rotated too?
