Web site out of date

Just a minor note: I notice that /Style, /Style/css, and /Style/Activity do
not have a link to the current proposed recommendation.  In addition, the link
to the current working draft (/TR/WD-CSS2/) does not link to the proposed
recommendation.  I'm not sure that the last one applies, however it is
difficult to locate the PR online.
