One last question (clip percentage)

I swear I'm going to be quiet after this...

In the CSS2 spec, it says that percentages are N/A for clip. Huh?
Shouldn't clip percentages be percentages of the top, left, bottom,
right? I'm going to need to clip in percentage in some code.
