MSIE3.0beta2 seems to ignore styles for BODY resp. HTML at all.
It also doesn't implement alternate font lookup, padding, color
blend, word spacing and letter spacing - to name just a few.
Microsoft deserves honor for implementing cascading style sheet
in the first browser with a significant market share, but there
is still a lot of work to be done.
