Is the week query a inference?

I recently read the OWL documents.
So,I through a example.
The week query.
The rule of week is very simple.
And we all know.
If I ask the computer "Today is Sunday,what day is tomorrow"
The computer answers me "Tomorrow is Monday"

If define the meaning and the relation of 
"week","Sunday","Monday",..."Saturday".
And define the meaning and relation of "yesation","today","tomorrow".

Than,we could use computer infering the week.
