more DAML-ONT comments

It's good to keep Statement, subject, predicate and object out
of the DAML-ONT level, but have them available elsewhere (a bit
like having a transistor with source, gate and drain to build
logical components). Also from an implementation perspective,
it's not 4 triples, but 1 Statement object with 3 fields.
We can do all kinds of things at that level ... the challenge
however is, how to go back to meaningful DAML-ONT level
expressions (especially when using nesting)?
