That is correct. This syntax is known as OIL's presentation syntax and
is based on Frame-based modeling. But OIL also has an RDF syntax. See
the paper "Adding Formal Semantics to the Web" (2000) at
http://www.ontoknowledge.org/oil/papers/extending-rdfs.html.
