When you say "the machine referred to by the secondary DNS at 207.207.8.2",
are you saying that www.opencyc.org is down?
I was able to access 207.207.8.2 just now, which looks like it is www.cyc.com.

There's a standard alias of http://sf.net/projects/foo/ to get to the
page for a project, so http://sf.net/projects/opencyc/ should get you
to a state of being able to subscribe to lists and download releases.
The primary DNS server at ns.cyc.com is down, however, along with the
machine referred to by the secondary DNS at 207.207.8.2.
