I think there's something like that produced by the DAML folks... Looking... There's hyperDAML (http://www.daml.org/2001/04/hyperdaml/) not quite what I remembered. OntoDoc (http://plan.mcs.drexel.edu/projects/legorobots/design/software/OntoDoc/) VisioDAML (http://plan.mcs.drexel.edu/projects/legorobots/design/software/OntoDoc/) ... er, sorry, I can't find anything that's quite what I thought was there.
