> I am pleased to announce the publication of the first Internet-Draft of: > > application/rdf+xml Media Type Registration > draft-swartz-rdfcore-rdfxml-mediatype-00 My only comment is that I do hope we can find our way to banishing the odd use of URI fragments in RDF except as needed to denote in-line resources attached to a particular serialization document. I, for one, do not use URI fragments in my vocabularies, and at Fourthought, we consider it "best practice" not to do so. Let's keep serialization issues out of the idea of universal identification, where possible. -- Uche Ogbuji Principal Consultant uche.ogbuji@fourthought.com +1 720 320 2046 Fourthought, Inc. http://Fourthought.com 4735 East Walnut St, Boulder, CO 80301-2537, USA XML strategy, XML tools (http://4Suite.org), knowledge management Track chair, XML/Web Services One (San Jose, Boston): http://www.xmlconference.com/
