I can't speak for the WG, maybe one of the co-chairs will chip in
here.  At present, these are working drafts, aren't in the W3C
Recommendation process.

However, for the syntax draft, I feel it is a substantial indication
of how the revised specification of the syntax will eventually be
published.  We are still working on issues and listening to feedback
on the draft.

Schema is being worked on and we have resolved some issues there,
made some changes, but I'll leave the editor to reply on how that is
going - Dan Brickley.
