Subject: good elevator pitch for Semantic Web

I haven't seen it yet, but I heard today from Cynthia Shelley, that this
months edition of Scientific American (?), has a more generic rendition of
the Semantic Web by none other than Tim, apparently his co-authors, were
successful in making it simple and clear enough. Again, this is all
