Dear all, After a malicious cracker attack last friday on the Unix system on which Sesame, our online RDF Schema Querying and Storing system, ran, we were forced to take the server offline and reinstall it. We are very pleased to announce that as of now, Sesame is back online at: http://sesame.aidministrator.nl/ Sesame supports highly expressive querying of both RDF data and Schema information, using an OQL-style query language, called RQL, which is being developed by the ICS-FORTH institute in Greece. At the online demo on the website, you can perform RQL queries on several example RDF(S) repositories. Technical documentation and tutorials are available as well. Uploading of data and schema information is reserved for authorized users for now, but if you want to experiment with this as well, just drop us a line and we'll create a repository for you. We hope to receive your feedback and comments soon! Best regards, Jeen Broekstra Arjohn Kampman (The original announcement of Sesame can be found at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-rdf-interest/2001Mar/0203.html) -- jeen.broekstra@aidministrator.nl aidministrator nederland b.v. - http://www.aidministrator.nl/ prinses julianaplein 14-b, 3817 cs amersfoort, the netherlands tel. +31-(0)33-4659987 fax. +31-(0)33-4659987
