Hi all, The key to the Web's run-a-way success is its openness: It is open to anyone (with a computer). The underlying 'stuff' is open to anyone (with the right training) RDF should continue this fine tradition. RDF can be open by: a) Hiding syntax completely from the casual user. b) Making available the best ontologies free (beer//speech) The key to the Web's run-a-way success is its scalabilty Anyone can set up a portal (with a proper connection). Anyone can link from their page to another. RDF should continue this fine tradition. RDF can be scalable by: a) Implementing context mechanisms b) Allowing proper tractability Goodbye.
