There are two problems:
 1. Nobody has to use it since it's not in the M&S.  That means that
we still has multipple resources for the same statement.
 2. The value part can be arbitrary long. Maby several magabytes.
That would be a very long URI.

Digest URIs has been suggested. But that still doesn't solve no 1.
