Congratulations to the authors of this document. I find it very clear and well written, and most of the comments I had have been expressed by Art on this list (I find the one on the differences between M&S1.0 and RDF1.NG -- particularly containers -- especially important, since they left me quite confused at the time). A couple of additional remarks: - in section 3, the path shown on figure 7 does not correspond to the node/arc stripes listed below. - section 4: examples should come earlier in the section. I, as someone who knows type systems from programming languages, got rather confused reaching the following statement is rather confusing: "However, RDF differs from many programming language type systems in that [...] an RDF schema defines properties in terms of the classes of resource to which they apply." This should be followed by an example, before getting into details of the rdfs syntax. Max.
