Hi again,

Changing the source of the no-arg constructor to use
com.sun.xml.parser.Parser rather than com.ibm.xml.parser.SAXDriver
solves the problem I described. This is using Release 2 of Sun's "Project
X" XML library. 

SiRPAC actually ought to use the parser specified on the command line,
not a hardcoded one, I think!
