SiRPAC fails on example files, cont..

Further to my last message, looking at the most recent source for
SiRPAC.java (1.21 1999/05/06), IBM's parser version 1.1.4 is mentioned,
and take note that the parser specified on the command line IS NOT USED as
far as I can see - com.ibm.xml.parser.SAXDriver is hardcoded into the
no-arg constructor.
