Hi Andrew,

Here's a quick checklist, which may be helpful to someone else, so I guess 
I don't mind posting this here:

I assume you are running some 32-bit version of Windows.

1. Do you have Java JVM 1.3 or higher installed?
2. Is java.exe on your path?
3. Does your version of Windows use .cmd files or .bat? If the latter, 
rename the .cmd files to .bat files.

I have only installed this maybe 15 times, but on those occasions, these 
were the only problems I encountered. Our support people who man the 
developers forum are more knowledgeable than I am about any installation 
issues.

If this doesn't work, please use the developer's forum that is linked from 
the downloads page. If that does not work for you, please send me private 
mail explaining why. I would like to avoid using public mailing lists for 
tech support, though I am more than happy to answer general questions on 
such lists when I happen to see them.
