It might be that or ...
I have tested the file when I saved it on my computer in local. The
feed is working very well. So the errors can come from two sources:
- The client is not implementing UTF-8
- The RSS feed which is dynamically generated is not fast enough. We
could change that one by making a static copy each time we update the
QA Home page.
