I have reviewed these individually. They should all be considered closed
("moot" is probably a more accurate classification).
Btw, while reviewing these, I came across the story in "3. Beyond
Conformance" [1]. Recall that I objected to some details -- while it is a
good story, it is not completely accurate when attributed to QAWG. For
example, the lagging supplemental parts (E&T) were not because of lack of
review or consideration, but were a very conscious choice (probably a poor
choice in retrospect).
Any case ... I recall now that I had an AI to propose rewording, but I
can't find any such. Am I remembering wrong?
