Small clarification/correction to your draft minutes: >LH 2 problems. SVG full is way too big and many don't implement all. SVG >tiny does not have conformance. SVG tiny is for cell phones and they might >want conformance. "SVG tiny does not have conformance" doesn't quite express what I meant to say, which was about strict/loose. Better would be, "Conformance in SVG Tiny is not strict -- extensions, optionality, discretion, etc are all allowed. -Lofton.
