Monday (09 June) QAWG telecon agenda

QAWG participants --

If you won't attend the Monday (9-jun) QAWG telcon, please reply (to list) 
with "regrets".

This is a regular teleconference, whose principal topic will 
be:  processing  SpecGL Last Call issues.  The below list includes all 
SpecGL LC issues that are still Active.  I don't expect that we will get 
much further than item #3, the TA-requirements group.

*** There is a *lot* of history and discussion now linked from the TA-reqts 
group -- please review it in advance ***
