in agenda item (4.).  Please familiarize by Friday with the references and 
particular SpecGL sections.  SpecGL editors may send further 
alternatives/proposal development (or may not).  This list is probably

This is an extra teleconference, whose principal topic will 
be:  processing  SpecGL Last Call issues.
