Monday (4-nov) QAWG telecon agenda (draft)

QAWG participants --

If you won't attend the Monday (4-nov) QAWG telcon, please reply (to list) 
with "regrets".

The goal is final prep to publish SpecGL and OpsGL (plus Introduction -- 
which will have a handful of fairly routine changes, like calling attention 
to our Manditoriness decision, describing the progression of Extech parts 
as "W3C Note", etc.)

Note.  If I make enough progress, I will post [2] on Friday, for a brief 
"what to publish" discussion and decision on Monday.

This is a regular bi-weekly conference, whose principal topic will be last 
minute publication details, OpsGL and SpecGL.

2.) OpsGL publication topic(s) (LH)
         - email about decision [0]
         - conservative version [1], [5]
         - or, aggressive version [2]
         - "@@" issues ([1] or [2]), either way

3.) Spec Guidelines [4] (DHM)
         - issues and "@@@" processing per [3]
