ATTN reviewers! (Reminder & New Skeletons)

ATTENTION QAWG reviewers,

This is a reminder that review assignment results are NOT to be sent to 
public lists.  They need to be sent to Dom, who will put them in /QA/Group/ 
space and link them from the reviews matrix [1] (also in Group space).

Please fetch the new skeletons -- they now contain this reminder, as well 
as a better-structured title/header:

These are also linked from the reviews matrix [1], which links will always
