QAWG Participants,

For the Thursday telcon, the main order of business will be finishing the 
per-checkpoint pass through Spec Guidelines.  At [1] you'll find an 
Editors-only draft, and a prototype companion checklist document at [2].

An agenda for the telcon will be circulated (Tuesday), but Lynne's desire 
was to pick up where we left off last time.  From the minutes [3] it 
appears that was somewhere early in Guideline 5.
