Approve of draft disapprove of software patenting.

  I would like the W3C to approve the draft patent policy, because it's 
the right thing to do under the circumstances. I object to software 
patents, and support efforts to eliminate them. I don't believe that one 
can patent a process or thought it goes against my belief of free speech.
