Approve of draft policy - disapprove of software patenting.

I consider the W3C draft policy to be the lesser of two evils and urge
that it be approved.

I strongly dissaprove of software patents.

My perspective on this matter is primarily shaped by living in a
Developing/3rd World country where OSS is the only viable solution to
educate, empower and uplift millions of disadvantaged people. Software
patents and the potential costs associated with using such products,
will IMHO, further disadvantage the disadvantaged citizens of our
Planet.
